who invented beer?

ur-prime cuneiform writings show that the sumerians were the first brewers in world history around 6,000 years ago. beer was invented by women, purely by chance of course. bread dough that had been left standing began to ferment. brewing beer at home was widespread in earlier centuries and even at the beginning of this century, mainly in bavaria. brewing beer has now developed into a fun hobby, and the americans have once again been pioneers. for the sake of simplicity, they like to use instant powder to which only water is added. but this has little to do with traditional brewing with freshly crushed malt. it's different when using liquid malt, only the mashing process is omitted, which shortens the brewing time and makes it easier to get started with home brewing.
