the desired pressing pressure of 4-5 bar is achieved with ease and without much effort thanks to the high gear ratio of the wear-free printing mechanism. the high pressure results in an optimal yield of the pressed material of up to 70% and a quick pressing process, e.g. b. “op 10” approx. 25 liters of juice per hour. the lever movement during the pressing process always occurs from top to bottom and not from the side as with conventional presses. the press always maintains its stability and is easy to use.
the mash and pressed juice do not come into contact with metal. press bed and basket are made from beech wood that has been seasoned for many years. the frame of the press can be swiveled to make it easier to pour the ground material into the press basket. the mill can also be placed directly on the press basket. the ability to clean in a very short time is excellent
