Cake tray, pizza tray, blooz tray, plooz tray - treatment recommendation for aluminised steel tray or blue gloss steel tray:
before the first baking use, burn out the tins in the oven at approx. 200 degrees. then grease the outside and inside and bake the molds again at around 200 degrees for about 1/2 hour. please make sure that the molds are placed in the oven with the baking side down (i.e. upside down) so that the excess fat can drain out. it is important to grease the outside of the molds to prevent any rust formation caused by steam on blue glossy molds. for molds made of aluminized sheet steel, so that a light brown grease coating forms on the outside, which prevents heat radiation. where. 10/2008

after use, please rinse the molds with hot water and wipe with a soft cloth and then rub dry. finally grease lightly. please do not put it in the dishwasher or clean it with a steel sponge. otherwise the layer of fat will be destroyed and the dough can stick and the mold can rust.

here are our technicians:

i would ask your customer if he also greases the molds again after washing!? it is important that the molds do not become dry. no water should be left in the molds and as you wrote, definitely not in the dishwasher.
i can't explain why the bread doesn't come out of the mold.
with enough fat, the bread should actually be easy to remove.
has the customer already received more bg trays and does he know how to use them?
