Hello wolfgang, i've actually wanted to do this for a while, but i've always put it off: i would like to thank you once again for the baking course that i took about 2 years ago (maybe you can still vaguely remember me, i come from haßloch and we have a slaughterhouse in which we refine our pigs). the money was really 100% worth it for me, because since then we have only had delicious bread and my attached cheese course has progressed to the point that since last year i have had my own cow - my pride and joy - and i am now trying out all the cheese recipes :-)) i can make delicious butter and fantastic cream and lead a luxurious lifestyle far away from the food industry can. unfortunately, i still haven't made it to my own wood-burning oven, but that doesn't mean i'm not still working on it. actually, i actually have a tiled stove in mind for the kitchen and you should actually be able to integrate a wood stove into it. but at the moment these are still
mind games. in any case, i think your idea of showing other people how you can make something yourself is super brilliant - of course it's up to each person to decide what they do with it, but maybe it's also nice for you to hear if someone not only took the course for themselves, but was also able to change their way of life as a result your family by angela
