Holiday home with wood-burning oven in sweden

Now i was finally able to make my dream of a wood-burning oven come true by purchasing a two-hundred-and-fifty-year-old farmhouse in sweden. even though the first attempts at baking were surprisingly uncomplicated and successful, i was still very happy about the many good tips from mr. oberacker. thank you for so patiently answering all of my questions about baking (not just those about your products) on the phone. the necessary baking tools found here (ash crutch, brass broom...) will certainly make baking even more pleasant.
now i'm looking forward to our next stay in krogstorp, i'm looking forward to pizzas, bread and cinnamon rolls and i hope that many of our rental guests will also enjoy trying out and using the ovens.
