in this half-day seminar with a guided tour on the on the farm, we provide you with the basic knowledge you need to easily produce fresh, soft and hard cheese. we will make a cream cheese and a mozzarella that everyone can take home with them, as well as make butter. we get the milk freshly milked and also have enough time to get to know the farm with around 80 cows and all sorts of other animals as well as the farm with its own feed production.


how to get there:
you drive from linkenheim-hochstetten towards dettenheim on hochstetter straße,
shortly before dettenheim you come to a roundabout,
there you turn right (i.e. in the roundabout, first exit)
after about 1 km, the sign on the right is on the right at the side of the road there is a white sign for aussiedlerhöfe to the left,
at this point you turn left into the field path
and you should not be confused by potholes.
at the end of the field path the farm is in the direction of travel,
the field path continues a little to the left.
after a few meters you are at the weidehof.

coming from the b36, drive towards dettenheim
pass the kart track drive
after about 1km turn right towards aussiedlerhöfe
then drive as described above
