we offer the following baking courses for small groups 4-6 people at
you can choose between two different doughs:

- wholemeal farmer's bread with yeast
- wholemeal rye bread with sourdough
- french baguette
- pretzel
- tarte flambée (will be consumed in the course)

we will also freshly grind grain for the farmer's bread, rye bread. everything else with light flour. you can take home a bread or baguette you made. pretzels are distributed and tarte flambée is eaten straight away. all baking ingredients are included in the course fee.
